Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. We wanted to create an easy process that didn't require you to make ONE MORE online shopping account. When you order, you will be asked to provide your email and telephone number, and these unqiue identifiers are how your order will be identified, and communicated about. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order (as well as by text, if you included that information). If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us directly, in case there was a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. You can contact us anytime at (859) 379-9870 or sales@herringtonlakeky.com

How do you do printing?

All items are custom printed exactly for you once you make an order. The latest technologies allow for deep set inks printed into the fabric of the specific item - resulting in longevity and a richer detail. This unique and personalized service allows for no returns. So, please check your sizes, fit and sizing charts as you order - they are all listed right there for you in each item description. Items are usually printed within 72 hours of your order, and then drop-shipped directly to you from our printer.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be delivered within five to 8 days after printing, depending on your preferred shipping method. Our average time from order to delivery is approximately 9 days with our Free Shipping option.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered. However, we will pay for economy shipping on all orders of $25 or more! Our items are delivered through the USPS, and will arive 5-8 days after production. When you pruchase, please be sure your email and phone are correct, as we will alert you of status throught the process, including your shipping dates and tracking numbers. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails and text messages (if you selected that option at purchase) you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Can I pick up my items locally?

No, I'm sorry, but local delivery on our custom apparel is not available at this time. We work with a network of print providers that are not immediately local. The items will be drop-shipped directly to you, however. We will keep in contact with you throughout the process, and you can check the status of your order at any time. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, please be sure to look at the sizing chart included in each item description. These are traditionally sized items, unless very specifically noted (such as "slim fit"). Each item is specifically printed just for you when you order, so we do not carry any additional inventory. If you have a concern about this, we are happy to answer any and all questions!

Misc

Do you do any custom design? Or alterations of the design that I'm interested in?

ABSOLUTELY! We would love the opporuntiy to make something specifically for you! Please contact us directly and we can discuss what you are looking for and make it happen for you. We want to make you happy with what you're wearing.
